It all starts with learning about, getting to know and understanding the customer and their needs.
First of all, we listen very carefully.
After perfectly understanding our customer and their culture, we collect and analyze all this information.
In doing so, we proceed very quickly and concentrate all our energy on this project.
Time is very valuable.
We know that very well.
Instead of one or two long meetings, we prefer to hold short and frequent meetings that are well-prepared and more productive.
We believe that good results do not come from long and boring meetings.
In the last meeting, where all ideas, requests and details come together, we explain the entire project to the customer in detail from A to Z.
While doing this, we use technological presentation tools so that no question marks remain and everything is visually clear.
As of 2020, we are effectively holding many of our meetings remotely using Online Meeting Programs such as Zoom etc.
This saves everyone time and money.
In addition, we fulfill our responsibility to Covid19 by using technology in this way.
After absolutely clear agreement of the two parties, we consider the project approved.
After everything is approved, the production starts.
First of all every technical drawing will rechecked by our engineers in 3D/2D at the Computer.
To avoid misunderstandings or mistakes, our engineers will/can contact the customers technical department to to make sure everything is up to date and clear.
The preprocess of CNC Machining is the grinding of the cast parts.
We do that with the latest technology; we use a 6 axis Robot Grinding Unit produced by KURAY MACHINE, to grind the cast parts after the cutting process.
The advantages here are the precision and the standardization by using a Robot.
In this way we can increase the quality and grind the parts faster as a normal worker and have lower cost as a result, which we reflect it on the customer.
The CAD/CAM program begins to be written for the CNC Machines.
After the program is ready, the CNC Machining (Milling/Drilling etc.) will start at our "Robopark CNC Machining" factory by our own technicians.
Robopark has machined and grinded more than 1 mio. Grates and other W2E parts to date.
Another very important point that we care a lot, is the quality control.
Therefore we control all products one by one and report this during the production.
Not at the end of the production!
Due to this way of working, we avoid delays in the delivery date and save valuable time and costs, which we pass on to our customers.
This allows us to produce more profitably and error-free.
When the production is finished, although we have tested each product one by one during the production to make sure everything is really ok, we still do spot-checks before packaging.
After the project gets a 100% OK, it will prepared for shipping.
We pack all products in EU Standards and according to our customers demand. Robust, suitable for long journeys and protected from all kinds of external factors.
Sometimes the customer wants us to separate them by sets and pack them in sets, sometimes in special wooden boxes and sometimes individually.

We also coordinate all the shipment process and inform the customer day by day about the location of the vehicle, solve problems during the transportation and support them with our customs broker in several countries.
After the project is delivered to the customer the after-sales period starts.
We do not only support our customers just during the warranty period, but for life.
