The main company Kuray Industrial Machine Ltd. and at the same time, the Trademarks KURAY MACHINE™ & KRY ENGINEERING™ were established in June 2010.
Just a few month later in January 2011, the first machine with our own design and production was exported to Germany. Our R&D and the curiosity for innovation got us into the World of Robotics.
In the spring of 2013 the first Robotic System was produced and has been serving in the field of prosthesis and implants as a Grinding & Polishing Robotic System, since then.
The company Robopark Technological A.S. and so ROBOPARK™ was founded in March 2018 due to the need for machining of specific W2E Cast Parts. Since then, more than 1 mio. cast parts have been machined in our own factory.
In May 2018, our Group Company moved to our new 600m² factory.
After two successful and profitable years, the pandemic and Covid19 broke out.
In March 2020, we responded very quickly to the demand and need for products in the fight against Covid19, so we immediately started designing machines for the production of Masks.
After only 30 days, the 100% error-free working prototype machine was ready for testing in our factory. And after 15 days of non-stop testing, the OK for series production finally came.
Due to the lack of time, 20 Mask Producing Machines with the Trade Name Speedster9600™ were immediately produced and sold. Our series production lasted until early 2021.
At the beginning of 2021 we finally started the production of FFP2 Masks under our registered brand name "VITASCHUTZ®" and ultimately with the production of 3ply Masks and exported worldwide over 20 mio. FFP2 and 6 mio. 3ply Masks.
The Mask production continued until early 2022. Now we offer a wide range of First Aid Kits and Orthopedic Products, produced under our license by our contract manufacturers in VitaSchutz quality.
Also we had to establish a new Trademark for a new area which we mainly not occurred in the last years. Because of the pandemic, the demand for products from Turkey increased enormously.
For this reason we organized ourselves, founded a new department in our group company and since then we have been trading with goods and products from Turkey under the trade name KURAY TRADING™. Because we have many customers from our past and a very good connection with producers from Turkey, we have the opportunity to offer advantageous prices and a wide range of products.
At the end of 2021 the idea for a technical cast service was born and finally in spring 2022 we launched our new brand KURAY CAST SERVICE™.
Our company has obtained the well-known ISO 9001 certification, the ISO 13485 and the ISO 22716GMP.
