The Company "KURAY INDUSTRIAL LTD." (est.2010) and the management of former "LIDER CASTING LTD." (est.1965) entered into a strategic partnership in 2021 and established the Brand "KURAY CAST SERVICE" (KCS).

KURAY CAST SERVICE is a fusion of these two organizations.

One has a great experience in casting since 1965 and the other has a know-how in modern practical engineering and production planning since 2010.

This union brings with it innovation, effectiveness and a better price-performance ratio.

Now we can not only serve as a basic foundry, but can work with multiple foundries as Solution Partners.

These new business plan gives us following advantages:

- we reach a bigger cast capacity,

- can serve our clients with all raw materials,

- can focus just on the product quality and production plan,

- a 100% quality control can carried out now

The coordination of the order, the technical advice and the quality control according to the EU Standards is done by our own team directly at the factories of our subcontractor.

Our team consists of the former LIDER CASTING LTD. engineers and the KURAY INDUSTRIAL LTD. engineers.

We do not act as a Broker.

We are a technical Cast Service with active engineers controlling all the operation of the order.

KCS serves as a foundry technical consultancy and casting service, with our foundry partners in Turkey. We are active in all periods of the foundry process from start to shipment.

Even we coordinate all the shipment process and inform the customer day by day about the location of the truck.

How do we work?

The "Get-to-Know"

It all starts with learning about, getting to know and understanding the customer and their needs.

First of all, we listen very carefully.

After perfectly understanding our customer and their culture, we collect and analyze all this information.

In doing so, we proceed very quickly and concentrate all our energy on this project.

Time is very valuable.

We know that very well.

The "Meetings-Time"

Instead of one or two long meetings, we prefer to hold short and frequent meetings that are well-prepared and more productive.

We believe that good results do not come from long and boring meetings.

In the last meeting, where all ideas, requests and details come together, we explain the entire project to the customer in detail from A to Z.

While doing this, we use technological presentation tools so that no question marks remain and everything is visually clear.

As of 2020, we are effectively holding many of our meetings remotely using Online Meeting Programs such as Zoom etc.

This saves everyone time and money.

In addition, we fulfill our responsibility to Covid19 by using technology in this way.

After absolutely clear agreement of the two parties, we consider the project approved.

The "Show-Time"

After everything is approved, the production starts.

Our engineers and technicians work with our foundry partners together.

That means we are physically in the factories of our solution partners;

we control, inspect and report all processes independently and forward all information to our customers on a daily basis.

It is important for us to share all the details about the schedule with the customer;

so they know about everything in real time.

In this way, the customer is prepared for all situations and can optimally make his own planning.

We know how important timing is.

The "Quality-Control-Process"

Another very important point that we care a lot, is the quality control.

Therefore we control all products one by one and report this during the production.

Not just at the end of the production!

Due to this way of working, we avoid delays in the delivery date and save valuable time and costs, which we pass on to our customers.

This allows us to produce more profitably and error-free.

When the production is finished, although we have tested each product one by one during the production to make sure everything is really ok, we still do spot-checks before packaging.

The "Packaging & Transporting"

We pack all products in EU Standards and according to our customers demand.

Robust, suitable for long journeys and protected from all kinds of external factors.

Sometimes the customer wants us to separate them by sets and pack them in sets, sometimes in special wooden boxes and sometimes individually.

As you wish.

We also coordinate all the shipment process and inform the customer day by day about the location of the vehicle, solve problems during the transportation and support them with our customs broker in several countries.

The "Long-Life-Partnership"

After the project is delivered to the customer the after-sales period starts.

We do not only support our customers just during the warranty period, but for life.

This is the beginning of a long-life partnership between Kuray Cast Service and its customers.
