It all starts with learning about, getting to know and understanding the customer and their needs.

First of all, we listen very carefully.

After perfectly understanding our customer, their factory and their production culture, we collect and analyze all this information.  

In doing so, we proceed very quickly and concentrate all our energy on this project.   

Time is very valuable for the producer.  

We know that very well.

Instead of one or two long meetings, we prefer to hold short and frequent meetings that are well-prepared and more productive. 

We believe that good results do not come from long and boring meetings.

In the last meeting, where all ideas, requests and details come together, we explain the entire project to the customer in detail from A to Z.

While doing this, we use technological presentation tools so that no question marks remain and everything is visually clear. 

As of 2020, we are effectively holding many of our meetings remotely using Online Meeting Programs such as Zoom etc.  

This saves everyone time and money.  

In addition, we fulfill our responsibility to Covid19 by using technology in this way.

After absolutely clear agreement of the two parties, we consider the project approved.

After everything is approved, the project starts.

First of all everything will be designed in 3D at the Computer by our engineers. All parts of the project, beginning from the bolt to nut will designed with 3D Programs in detail.

After the design and simulation of the project in the virtual environment, if there's a physical product, the actual production process begins.

If it is a physical product:

The mechanical process of the project is also carried out by our own technicians. When the mechanical and automation process and the painting is finished, the test process begins.

After testing the project over 48 hours in our own factory, it will be made ready for presentation.

If it is not a physical product:

The design process of the project is also carried out by our own technicians. When the drawing process is finished, the online test process begins. After testing the project with 3D Simulation and Testing Programs, it will be made ready for presentation.

When the project is ready for delivery, our customers will invited to our factory to test and control the project in realtime.

The testing has no limit.

Our customers can test the project in every situation and up to 120 hours in our own factory before shipment. 

After the project gets a 100% OK, it will prepared for shipping.

After the project is set up in our customer's factory, the training of the workers/technicians begins.

When the training is finished, the project is working excellent and the customer is happy, the after-sales period starts. 

We do not only support our customers just during the warranty period, but for life. 

This is the beginning of a long-life partnership between KRY Engineering and its customers.
